 Paul R. "Rich" Jackson, PSM
Mr. Jackson, Vice President of Leading Edge Land Services, Inc. in Florida, represents the firm’s mission, culture, vision and strategy. He works directly with the board of directors to develop long-range strategic goals and business plans ensuring that appropriate management policies, systems and procedures are implemented and functional.
Mr. Jackson has over 25 years of experience in the Land Surveying industry with a background in civil engineering and land surveying providing leadership and management of full site development projects including multi-family and single-family residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developments as well as boundary surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys, utility surveys, construction surveying services and expert witness.
As the leader of our Florida operations, Mr. Jackson is directly responsible for client relations, proposals, bid preparations, select project management and operational procedures. Mr. Jackson is committed to ensuring our client’s needs remain the firm’s highest priority.
